The U18 national team, which participated in the 26th FIBA ​​U18 Asian Championships held in Iran in August 2022, won the final against Japan and won the championship in 22 years and qualified for the U19 World Cup. Head coach Lee Se-beom, who was the commanding tower at the time, once again took the baton. University players such as Yuhyeon Moon, Kichan Yoon, Minsoo Yoo (Korea University), Sungwook Kang, Yunseong Kim (Sungkyunkwan University), and Lee Haesol (Yonsei University) were the main players, and Taehyeon Kang (Kyungbok High School) and Yujin Lee (Yongsan High School) were included.
